Menu Plan: February

Trying something new this month, I have planned the bulk of what we will be eating all month. Below is the Dermer family meal plan for February.

  2. Sounds like a good plan. We like lots of bean soups, too. I’m curious about the “oatless oatmeal.” What is it and is this better than regular oatmeal?

    • The oatless oatmeal is mashed bananas, sliced or chopped nuts, dried coconut, and cinnamon mixed together. I haven’t tried it yet but it sounded easy and good.

      There’s lots of varitations on green smoothies. We use spinach leaves, frozen, berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk or OJ in ours. Its a great and tasty way to get leafy greens in your diet because you cant taste the spinach at all. My kids love them 🙂
