Since I probably won’t have much time this weekend, as it is Memorial Day weekend, my brother is coming into town, and a local festival is taking place, I did my menu planning for next week last night. Next week is a short week for me, and Josh is coming up next weekend! *grin* I am so excited to see him! It’s been since January!!
Anyway … menu planning. We always keep breakfasts and lunches very simple since we don’t have a lot of time in the morning and none of us are home for lunch.
Breakfast – Eggs, toast
Lunch & Dinner – We will most likely be at my parents having some kind of cook out.
L -Regular packed lunches
D- Sunshine Casserole, salad
B- Toast, smoothies
L- Emma pizza day, Me and Ry – regular lunches.
D– leftovers (maybe) or grilled cheese, salad.
B– Mini Chili Frittata
L- Grilled cheese/ Or some other sandwich with fruit
D- Lime & Cilantro Chicken, salad.
B – undecided … maybe cereal, oatmeal, smoothies.
L- Grilled cheese/ Or some other sandwich with sliced apples and cream cheese dip
D – Lef overs depending on amount left (we need enough for all day Sunday) or 7 Layers Tacos
Leftovers all three meals.
